TPQVO is located in Chattanooga, Tennessee in the scenic Tennessee River Valley.  Although TPQVO was started as a service offered by the Chattanooga and Knoxville county medical societies, we have expanded our clients to include any health care organization that needs credentials verification and application processing.  Our clients include hospitals, healthcare networks, IPAs, surgery centers, physician offices, and local and state government departments throughout the United States.
